Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using the Related360 mobile application (“App”) operated by Fambase LLC. By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Related360. 1. Overview Related360 is a social connection and family discovery app designed to help users explore how they are related to others and strengthen meaningful relationships. You can log in using your FamilySearch, Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Facebook, Google, or Apple account. Within the App, users can: - Connect with friends and relatives, - Join groups or “family circles,” and - Discover and visualize how they are related to others on the platform. 2. Eligibility You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use Related360. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide during registration or login is accurate and complete. 3. Account Registration and Security When you log in using one of the supported providers (FamilySearch, Church Account, Facebook, Google, or Apple), Related360 may collect limited personal data necessary to create and maintain your account, including: - Your name and display information, - Family relationship data (to identify connections), and - Your email address or unique login identifier. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for any activity that occurs through it. Data Collection and Privacy We value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. Related360 collects only the information necessary to provide and improve the App’s features and to help you safely connect with others. Data we may collect includes: - Basic profile information (such as name, photo, and email), - Family relationship data from integrated services (e.g., FamilySearch), - Activity within the App (friends, groups joined, relationships viewed). We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. User Conduct You agree to use Related360 in a respectful, lawful, and family-friendly manner. However, by submitting or displaying content in the App, you grant Fambase LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the App. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share any content you post. 7. Third-Party Services Related360 integrates with several third-party platforms, including FamilySearch, Facebook, Google, Apple, and The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Use of these services is governed by their respective Terms and Privacy Policies. Fambase LLC is not responsible for the content, practices, or data handling of third parties. 8. Termination We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or misuse the App. You may delete your account or disconnect integrated services at any time through your settings. 9. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability Related360 is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties or representations, express or implied, regarding the App’s accuracy, reliability, or availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fambase LLC, its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use the App. 10. Changes to These Terms We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated through the App or via email.
